I Knew I was Missing SomethingDark Pit sat there watching the water bravely attempt to touch him before it was frightened away and withdrew back to the ocean. The sea glistened before him while it stretched out to the other side of the world. He watched as the waves seemed to beckon him forward, as if it was drawing him towards it. The dark haired boy felt his feet carry him into the ocean until it reached past his ankles. His red lifeless eyes continued to watch the waves as if he was in a trance.
There was something about the ocean. There was something about it that made him visit it everyday and just stare. Maybe it was the hypnotic waves or the sound of them crashing down. Or maybe it was the fact that he desperately wished Pit was coming home from one of his journeys.
The dark angel sighed and closed his eyes as he felt the familiar sting dwell behind his lids.
All his “friends” told him it would be okay. They told him to move on and that time heals all wounds. They were wrong. It wasn't okay. It w
Beyond our FirstFandom: Super Smash Bros. Has mentions of Brawl, but is set during SSB4.
Ship: Marth/Solid Snake (yaoi warning)
In the blink of an eye, his dream ended.
His perfect state of mind, where only euphoria and disbelief painted the world, disappeared. And in its place came the chilling presence of emptiness. A wave so tremendous it filled his soul, but at the same time, relieved him of everything that had ever made him whole. Suspended in mid-air, trapped in between the world he longed for and the present, Marth couldn't even feel human. He was something else entirely; an organism that lived only off of the blackness flowing through him. The searing, relentless pain that reminded him of how empty he was, whenever the day kissed the horizon.
The state of perfection was gone. There were no more smiles, nor was there the sound of laughter. The familiar glimmer of treasured eyes had fled, leaving darkness in its place. The Seers of his kin
The Brawl Beyond Our FirstA follow-up to a Marth/Solid Snake story I wrote a very long time ago, in celebration of Super Smash Bros Brawl, called 'The Brawl to End All Brawls'. It was an adventure that included the entire Brawl roster, but centered on the Marth/Solid Snake storyline. Even though Snake is no longer apart of the Smash universe, I've decided to continue the Marth/Snake pairing in my SSB4 canons.
Might actually write this out someday. I wonder if anyone even remembers 'The Brawl to End All Brawls?'
Two lovers became one body, heart, soul and mind during the Brawl season. They were of very different worlds: one hailed from Altea, while the other came from a war-torn world. An adventure in Subspace almost tore them apart, but the power of their light brought them back together.
At the end of Brawl, Marth was forced to say goodbye to the only one he swore to love. Snake was being called back to the battlefield, just as the young prince ha
The Angel in Skyloft: Chapter 11
Chapter 11 Worries and Preparations for Going up
Link sat alone by the fireplace. He watched as the flames crackled and danced before him. His eyes never left the flickering light. The cabin was silent except for the sprinkling of the rain outside and the sleeping angel's snore.
Link glanced over at Pit and chuckled as he let out a loud snore. Just a few hours ago the angel was awake and scarfing down his fourth bowl of soup. He wasn't joking when he told them about his appetite. He really liked to eat. Zelda had cooked the soup in a large pot and even then it wasn't enough for him. Zelda ended up making another pot for him. Now the angel was fast asleep with a belly full of soup.
Pit let out a loud snore again that followed with a wince. Link couldn't wait to get Pit out of here and up in Skyloft where they could finally give him a potion. He wanted to get rid of Pit's injuries as soon as possible. He also wanted to find out more about Pit and how he was able to enter their wor
